This luminous heart looks like the "light" to me. The lotus charms under it remind of a lotus flower always reaching for the "light".
This mala is for health and strength. The darker stone is red garnet which has been known as the "stone of health". Aztecs to African tribal elders believed garnets contained lightning so they could heal hearts. It cleans all the chakras.
It has other names but I am focused on this one as it's paired with hessonite (cinnamon garnet). Hessonite has been known to cleanse the blood and it has been written that "Hessonite can orient your cells to health".
I like that so much, I like the thought as you put this mala on that the universe is oriented to your health and the "light".
